Alex brings a powerful combination of deep psychological insight, creative edge, and strategic clarity to her work with senior leaders and teams around the world. As the founder of Lazarus & Maverick, she partners with organisations navigating complexity, transformation, and growth — helping leaders expand their range, reimagine their impact, and lead with confidence and purpose.
With a background in global media and brand leadership at Virgin, Fox, and Disney, Alex understands the fast pace and high pressure of senior leadership. Her coaching style is known for being intuitive, intelligent, and human — grounded in behavioural science, yet fuelled by empathy and imagination. She supports CEOs, board leaders, and executive teams to grow influence, navigate transitions, and build high-performing, values-driven cultures.
Alex is also a trusted advisor to Global Leaders in Law and was invited to join the prestigious 100Coaches Agency in New York, founded by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith. Her influence extends across sectors — from law and tech to creative industries and venture capital — always with a focus on sustainable, purpose-driven leadership.
Alex holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change (Distinction) from Henley Business School, where she conducted original research on identity as a resource for change. She is an accredited business psychologist, certified in a wide range of diagnostics, and trained in group dynamics and board-level influence. She has spoken at Harvard, Qualcomm, and the Faculty Club, and frequently hosts leadership panels and sessions for C-suite leaders globally.
When she’s not coaching, writing, or leading immersive leadership programmes, Alex finds joy in nature, movement, and raising her sons with curiosity and care. Her mission: to help people lead with clarity, humanity and creative courage.
