With over 25 years of senior HR and leadership experience — including serving as a Regional Board Director in global financial services — she now works with high-performing leaders navigating transition, transformation, and personal growth.

Known for her warmth and clarity, Cathy creates space for clients to reflect, recalibrate, and lead with greater intention. Cathy holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change with Distinction from Henley Business School, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and an accredited practitioner with the Association for Coaching. She’s also certified in Hogan Assessments and Gallup StrengthsFinder.

When she’s not coaching, Cathy contributes to thought leadership through speaking, writing, and mentoring — always with a deep commitment to helping leaders grow and workplaces evolve.
