Claire is known for her ability to inspire deep change — in individuals, teams, and entire organisations. With over 15 years of international coaching experience and a career as an HR Director in FTSE-listed companies, she brings both strategic insight and human depth to her work with senior leaders.
Her coaching is grounded in humanistic and behavioural psychology, blended with a systemic approach that supports mindset shifts, emotional intelligence, and sustainable success. Claire is warm and engaging, yet unafraid to challenge perspectives — helping clients see things differently and step into their full potential with clarity and confidence.
Before becoming a full-time coach, Claire held senior HR and leadership roles across sectors including manufacturing, media, energy, and tech. She’s designed and delivered large-scale transformation initiatives, female leadership programmes, and board-level interventions to drive culture, trust, and performance.
Claire holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Exeter, is an accredited Executive Coach through Henley Business School, and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She’s certified in Systemic Team Coaching (ORSC), Hogan, Insights, SDI, Human Synergistics, and more — using the right tools to unlock performance at every level.
When she’s not working with leaders or teams, Claire finds joy in nature, travel, and spending time with her family. Her mission is simple: help people unlock their potential and create meaningful, lasting change.
