With over 20 years’ experience in senior HR and organisational development roles, Julie has supported leaders across sectors and continents—from global luxury fashion houses and international cybersecurity firms to public sector institutions and pan-European leadership consultancies. She is known for helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, lead with confidence, and drive meaningful cultural and organisational change.
Her clients include central government departments, national healthcare bodies, international broadcasters, and world-leading universities. Julie brings particular expertise in executive and team coaching, leadership development, and organisation-wide transformation, grounded in behavioural insight and delivered with emotional intelligence and practical impact.
A former senior HR leader herself, she brings deep organisational understanding and credibility to her coaching. Julie is an EMCC and ICF-accredited coach and holds certifications in Lumina Spark, MBTI, NLP, Change Management, PRINCE2, and CIPD Level 7 in Learning & Talent Development.
In addition to her professional practice, she serves as a non-executive director for a resident-led property management company, championing inclusive, community-led governance. She has held advisory roles in adult education and lifelong learning, and leads the BeYou Women’s Network™, a community initiative supporting women to rebuild confidence and reconnect with purpose.
Julie’s coaching style is inclusive, calm, and quietly stretching. She is particularly skilled at helping leaders cut through the noise, arrive at new insight and move forward with renewed focus and clarity.
Outside of work, she finds joy in meaningful connection whether spending time with family and friends, volunteering in youth and community organisations, or creating spaces where others feel seen, heard and empowered to thrive.
