Leanne Dalah

Executive Coach | Coach Supervisor | Facilitator

Leanne coaches senior leaders across industries — from energy and education to tech and finance offering a blend of insight, warmth, and depth. Known for her sensitive yet direct style, she creates reflective spaces where leaders can explore what’s holding them back — and take meaningful steps forward with clarity and confidence.

With over a decade of experience in professional development, Leanne brings both psychodynamic and systemic approaches to her coaching. Her work supports clients in understanding how past experiences shape present behaviours, while also exploring how broader organisational dynamics impact leadership effectiveness. The result is greater emotional intelligence, resilience, and personal agency.

Before becoming a coach, Leanne spent nearly 20 years in education, leading programmes that supported the development of teachers and mentors. Her transition into coaching — including training with Tavistock Consulting — was a natural evolution of her lifelong commitment to helping people grow, reflect, and thrive in complex environments.

She holds EMCC accreditations in executive coaching and supervision and is qualified in mentoring and coaching programme design.

When she’s not coaching, Leanne enjoys family life, travel, and long walks that spark new ideas and insights. She brings deep humanity to her work — and helps her clients reconnect with theirs.
