An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ACTC-accredited team coach, Lucy brings over two decades of leadership experience and more than 3,500 coaching hours to her work. As the former HR Director at The Body Shop, overseeing more than 6,000 employees across the UK and Ireland, she understands the realities of organisational leadership from the inside out. Today, she partners with organisations to design and deliver leadership development programmes that are both commercially grounded and behaviourally impactful.
Lucy is the founder of Performance Edge and the co-creator of an academically robust team coaching framework and diagnostic.
