With over 20 years of leadership experience in global tech and media firms including the BBC, Sky, and Amazon, Mamta understands the pressures of high-performance environments. Her work spanned leading cross-functional teams, overseeing multimillion-pound portfolios, and delivering complex transformations — all while championing inclusive and emotionally intelligent leadership. Today, she works with leaders across sectors to help them lead with purpose and show up with strength and self-awareness.
Mamta’s coaching focuses on career progression, confidence, wellbeing, and navigating limiting beliefs. She integrates behavioural science with practical tools and reflection, empowering clients to lead themselves and others with integrity.
Mamta is currently completing an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London. She holds a BSc in Computing & Information Systems Design and is certified in PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, and ITIL. She is also a qualified Senior Leadership Coach through The New Leadership.
When she’s not coaching or studying, Mamta enjoys hiking, travel, and spending time with her family. She brings her whole self to her work — and invites her clients to do the same.
