Once you’ve met Paul, it’s hard to forget his presence. His coaching style is engaging, compassionate and quietly powerful. The kind that helps people feel both seen and stretched.
With over 20 years of leadership and commercial experience, Paul brings deep credibility to his work with senior teams. At publicly traded Kerry Group PLC, one of the world’s largest food and ingredients businesses, he led transformation projects and integrated newly acquired businesses. His experience in high-stakes environments gave him sharp insight into the leadership challenges of managing diverse teams and global markets. Today, Paul is a trusted executive and team coach to leaders across industries and continents.
Paul also lectures on the Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching, Henley Business School. This programme is accredited by the ICF for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and recognised by EMCC Global (TCQA), with students able to apply their learning toward the Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA) at up to Senior Practitioner level.
He is co-author of Building Top Performing Teams: A Practical Guide to Team Coaching to Improve Collaboration and Drive Organizational Success (Kogan Page, 2021) and contributes regularly to thought leadership in coaching, conflict resolution and team dynamics.
Paul holds master’s degrees in both Coaching & Behavioural Change and Business Development. He is a certified practitioner of Lumina Spark psychometrics and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
When he’s not coaching, speaking, or writing, Paul is most at home immersed in family life. He adores being a dad to his three daughters, who keep him grounded, curious, and always laughing.
