Sarah brings deep experience of working internationally with Board members and Chairs, CEOs and senior executives across the globe in multiple sectors including finance, technology, pharma, and insurance. She is particularly passionate about supporting leaders through pivotal moments of change and transition.
Sarah offers an energising and empowering approach to helping clients realise their full business and personal potential, expanding their view of how they see themselves in order to become the leaders they want to be. Drawing on her background in business leadership and her Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring, Sarah works with senior leaders of global organisations, individually, in teams, and in group settings.

In addition to her award-winning doctoral research, Sarah holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is accredited by APECS (The Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision). Her work has been published in academic journals including Frontiers, and she is a recognised contributor to the global coaching research community.
When she’s not coaching or writing, Sarah finds energy in her family, in music and dance, and in walking or working in nature.
